Bob Jacobs – Managing Partner

Prior to joining Kenzer Corp in 1998, Bob Jacobs served as Vice President of Ames Department Stores, responsible for executive recruitment, organizational planning and diversity.

Bob’s search experience is extensive. In addition to his 11 years with Ames, Bob also spent 3 years operating his own Executive Recruitment firm. He has placed Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Vice Presidents of Real Estate and Human Resources, Chief Merchandising Officers. Other successful searches include Buyers and Divisional Merchandise Managers as well as operations executives from store managers to district and regional managers.

Bob’s executive experience also includes a distinguished career with Barker/King’s Department Stores where he held numerous Field, Operational, Merchandise and Human Resources positions.

Most recently, Bob served as SVP Business Development for Kenzer Corp.

Bob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Haven and he is a Founding Partner in Kenzer Group, LLC.
