Don Jones – Managing Partner

Don Jones rejoined Kenzer in September, 2007. Don is a leader in the executive search industry having over 20 years experience conducting senior level searches for numerous clients in the retail, financial, restaurant, grocery, manufacturing and consumer products industries. Recent focus has been in the Real Estate and Construction areas for major retailers and development companies.

Prior to rejoining Kenzer, Don was Vice President of Executive Partners, a Dallas based executive search firm, Executive Vice President of DHR International and Senior Vice President of Hyle Human Capital Partners.

Prior to entering the search business Don served as Vice President of Operations for Peachtree Fabrics, a national upholstery and drapery wholesaler, responsible for sales organization as well as customer service, the distribution center and all merchandising departments.

Don has a BBA in Business Administration from Syracuse University and is a Founding Partner in Kenzer Group, LLC.
