Lisa Evans – Managing Partner

Lisa Evans brings C-level experience and perspective to her assignments. Prior to joining Kenzer Corp in 2005, Lisa served as Chief Operating Officer of Best Friends Pet Care, the first chain of pet boarding and grooming facilities in the U.S. Prior to Best Friends, Lisa served as Vice President of Operations at Opti-World and Director of Human Resources at “Eyelab, the World’s First Eyewear Department Store”.

Having worked for corporate-owned entities as well as venture capital-owned operating companies, Lisa is able to understand the needs of her client companies regardless of their business structure. She has served as a successful executive in start-ups, companies re-engineering their business model and companies expanding rapidly.

Lisa brings 25 years of executive leadership experience in very unique businesses. Her success was a direct result of understanding business needs and attracting and retaining the right talent for the job. Lisa has successfully completed searches at the CEO, Vice President, Director and Manager levels.

Lisa has conducted a number of searches in the non-profit arena and is familiar with policy governance. She is a former Board Member of the YWCA of Greater Atlanta and a current Board Member of the SPBCWTA.

Lisa holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and is a Founding Partner in Kenzer Group, LLC.
